The OPPO A5x 4G, launched in May 2025, is a budget-friendly midrange smartphone featuring a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution (720 x 1604 pixels), 90Hz refresh rate, and 1000 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen1 (11nm) octa-core chipset with 4x 2.1 GHz Cortex-A73 and 4x 1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 cores, paired with an Adreno 610 GPU. The device comes with multiple RAM and storage options, including 4GB or 6GB RAM, and 64GB or 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage, expandable via microSDXC. The camera system consists of a single 32MP rear sensor with f/1.8 aperture, autofocus, LED flash, HDR, and panorama mode, and a 5MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture.
